Dental Administrator

Lina is a Dental Administrator with a passion for helping people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. She found her love for dentistry while exploring different career paths and has never looked back. Her favourite part of the job is getting to know patients and helping them feel confident and cared for throughout their dental experience. Born and raised in Kosovo, Lina speaks both Albanian and English. Outside the clinic, she’s always looking forward to her next trip back home to Kosovo to spend time with family, and she loves traveling, soaking up the sunshine, and making memories with her husband, family, and friends.

Lowella

Dental Administrator

Speaks: English, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin

Lowella is a friendly and dedicated Dental Administrator who is passionate about helping patients navigate their treatment plans and maximize their benefits. Originally from Edmonton, her background in education began while living in South Korea—an experience that seamlessly transitioned into her love for patient coordination and dental administration. A brilliant multilingual asset to our practice, Lowella speaks English, Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of work, she loves singing, exploring new culinary spots, and heading out on fun adventures with her husband and their young son.

Laurie

Licensed Dental Assistant

Laurie has been a dedicated dental assistant for the past 14 years and truly enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and making each patient’s experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Her passion for dentistry comes from building lasting relationships with patients and being part of their smile transformation journey. Outside of the clinic, Laurie loves camping in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also has a lifelong fascination with dinosaurs, which always makes for a fun conversation!

Dayna

Licensed Dental Assistant

Dayna is a Licensed Dental Assistant who loves helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout their dental visits. She is passionate about dentistry and enjoys building genuine connections with patients while creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Outside of the clinic, Dayna enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, reading, travelling, and discovering new coffee shops. She loves making the most of every adventure and brings that same positive energy and caring nature to the Elevation Dental team each day.
